A. Camp E11 is operated by Eleven Holdings Corp. Founded in 2018, Eleven Holdings Corp. is an industry leader in esports and gaming entertainment. Properties include Eleven Gaming - A top ranked professional Fortnite team, and SoaR Gaming - one of gaming entertainment’s oldest and most trusted brands.
Q. What are Cabins and Cabin leaders?
A. Our virtual cabins are small groups of campers who will take part in the group activities together. These cabins are designed to replicate real cabins and are led by a ‘cabin leader’, an experienced Camp E11 team member who will help to facilitate group activities and provide a first line of support for all campers.
Q. What is the camper to Cabin leader ratio?
A. Our goal is to provide campers with a fun and educational Camp E11 experience. In order to keep cabins manageable, each cabin leader is responsible for up to fifteen (15) campers.
Q. Are there any age restrictions to participate in the camp?
A. Camp E11 is available to any and all campers ten (10) years of age and older!
Camp sessions and cabins are selected based on age and skill level so your child will always be grouped with other campers of a similar age/skill.
Q. What equipment does my child need to participate?
A. All campers are required to have their own method of playing Fortnite. A Playstation, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PC or other system will allow campers to take part in camp activities. Campers are also required to have access to Discord as it is the primary method of communication for all Camp E11 activities.
Q. What is Discord and how do I get it?

Q. Is my child safe online?
A. Absolutely. Camp E11 prides itself with having a team of staff catered to ensure camper safety at all times. Campers will communicate in a private Discord server, controlled and monitored by staff at all times. Our staff will be able to control camper participants via mute/unmute functions, monitor all messaging in real-time, along with enabling/disabling private chat functions between campers and staff. Our team has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of cyber bullying or any other detrimental camper behaviours.
Q. What is Camp E11’s policy on cyberbullying?
A. Our team has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of cyberbullying or any other detrimental camper behaviours. Cyberbullying includes threats, aggressive/mean behaviour, pictures, videos or other content intended to hurt or embarrass another camper. Campers who cyberbully other campers will be removed from camp, without warning.
Q. How does my child receive help during the camp if it’s needed?
A. In order to ensure all campers have a good experience while at Camp E11, all of our cabin and session leaders are available to answer any questions during the course of the day. Cabin leaders act as a first point of contact for campers and if there is a need, session leaders are available to provide additional support.
Q. When does my child need to be ready?
A. Camp E11 activities officially begin at 10:00 AM (EST) daily. We do however, ask that all campers are in their designated Discord group chats by 9:45 AM (EST) in order to ensure Camp activities start on time.
Q. What time should I expect my child to be done with camp?
A. Camp E11 activities conclude daily at 1:00 PM (EST), but Session leaders will be available until 1:30 PM (EST) to provide any additional support.

Q. What is the benefit? Why should my child get involved with gaming?
Campers will learn valuable life skills including: How to work in teams, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Campers will also get a first-hand look at what it takes to become a professional gamer. The esports and gaming world is growing rapidly with some experts predicting that global revenues will surpass $300 Billion USD by 2025 - time at Camp E11 may kickstart a future career in gaming for your child!
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A. Cancellations that are received (7) days prior to the beginning of the program session will be provided with a refund less a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations that are received with less than seven (7) days of notice prior to the beginning of the program will be provided with a refund less a 50% administrative fee. Cancellations that are received with less than twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to the beginning of the program will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that individual camp days or sessions missed for any reason cannot be refunded or credited.
